Wireless baby monitors: Pros and Cons
For new or would- be parents, the shopping list can be seemingly endless. One thing they however should not ignore is a baby monitor. Now, the baby monitor is available in both wired and wireless forms. Here we discuss the wireless baby monitor and the pros and cons of buying one.
The Pros:
This kind of monitor does not have dangling wires attached to it. It is going to give you unrestrained freedom and mobility. You can use it in any part of the house. Your kitchen, living room or patio- it is good for any area of your home. The wireless baby monitor is also easy to be set up as it does not come with a confusing array of wires. All you have to do is assemble the monitor and you are ready to go. What’s more, with this, you can relocate easily. Simply pick it up whenever you want and put it wherever it is convenient for you.
The Cons:
The most important con we could think of is its vulnerability of getting affected by other electrical equipments in the house. The occasional noises on the system can be a bit irritating at times. You may get fuzzy video reception because of interference with video signals. Also, the range of operation of wireless baby monitors can be limited. By range, the physical distance is not what we mean; it is the frequency range within which it can operate.
However, considering the limitations of a wired baby monitor, the wireless one is your best bet.
